6:1	and do not become an enemy instead of a friend; for a bad name incurs shame and reproach; so it is with the double-tongued sinner. 6:2	Do not fall into the grip of passion, or you may be torn apart as by a bull.				Verfall nicht der Macht deiner Gier; sie wird wie ein Stier deine Kraft abweiden.		Non ti abbandonare alla tua passione, perché non ti strazi come un toro furioso;								Usadzitame chifukwa cha maganizo ako, kuwopa kuti mtima wako ungaphulike ngati wa nkhunzi.		لا تكن كثور مستكبرا بافكار قلبك لئلا تسلب نفسك
6:3	Your leaves will be devoured and your fruit destroyed, and you will be left like a withered tree.				Dein Laub wird sie fressen, deine Früchte verderben und dich zurücklassen wie einen dürren Baum.		divorerà le tue foglie e tu perderai i tuoi frutti, sì da renderti come un legno secco.								Udzayoyola masamba ako ndi zipatso zako, ndiye udzakhala wekha ngati mtengo wouma.		فتاكل اوراقك وتتلف اثمارك وتترك نفسك كالخشب اليابس
6:4	Evil passion destroys those who have it, and makes them the laughingstock of their enemies.				Freche Gier richtet ihre Opfer zugrunde und macht sie zum Gespött des Feindes.		Una passione malvagia rovina chi la possiede e lo fa oggetto di scherno per i nemici.								Mtima woipa umaononga mwiniwake yemweyo, ndipo adani ake amamseka. Za chibwenzi		النفس الشريرة تهلك صاحبها وتجعله شماتة لاعدائه
6:5	Pleasant speech multiplies friends, and a gracious tongue multiplies courtesies.				Sanfte Rede erwirbt viele Freunde, freundliche Lippen sind willkommen.		Una bocca amabile moltiplica gli amici, un linguaggio gentile attira i saluti.								Mau abwino amachulukitsa abwenzi, munthu wolankhula mofatsa, anthu ambiri amamuyankha mwaulemu.		الفم العذب يكثر الاصدقاء واللسان اللطيف يكثر المؤانسات
6:6	Let those who are friendly with you be many, but let your advisers be one in a thousand.				Viele seien es, die dich grüßen, dein Vertrauter aber sei nur einer aus tausend.		Siano in molti coloro che vivono in pace con te, ma i tuoi consiglieri uno su mille.								Amene umayanjana nawo azikhala ambiri, koma wokulangiza akhale mmodzi yekha mwa anthu 1,000.		ليكن المسالمون لك كثيرين واصحاب سرك من الالف واحدا
6:7	When you gain friends, gain them through testing, and do not trust them hastily.				Willst du einen Freund gewinnen, gewinne ihn durch Erprobung, schenk ihm nicht zu schnell dein Vertrauen!		Se intendi farti un amico, mettilo alla prova; e non fidarti subito di lui.								Ukapala bwenzi, uyambe wamuwona m'mene aliri; usayambe nkumukhulupirira msanga.		اذا اتخذت صديقا فاتخذه عن خبرة ولا تثق به سريعا
6:8	For there are friends who are such when it suits them, but they will not stand by you in time of trouble.				Mancher ist Freund je nach der Zeit, am Tag der Not hält er nicht stand.		C'è infatti chi è amico quando gli fa comodo, ma non resiste nel giorno della tua sventura.								Pali ena okhala abwenzi ako pamene zikuŵakomera, m'menemo pa nthaŵi ya mavuto amakuthaŵa.		فان لك صديقا في يومه ولكنه لا يثبت في يوم ضيقك
6:9	And there are friends who change into enemies, and tell of the quarrel to your disgrace.				Mancher Freund wird zum Feind, unter Schmähungen deckt er den Streit mit dir auf.		C'è anche l'amico che si cambia in nemico e scoprirà a tuo disonore i vostri litigi.								Abwenzi ena amasanduka adani, mpaka kukuchititsa manyazi poulula mikangano imene udachita nawo.		و صديقا يصير عدوا فيكشف عار مخاصمتك
6:10	And there are friends who sit at your table, but they will not stand by you in time of trouble.				Mancher ist Freund als Gast am Tisch, am Tag des Unheils ist er nicht zu finden.		C'è l'amico compagno a tavola, ma non resiste nel giorno della tua sventura.								Pali abwenzi ena ongokonda kudzadya nawe, koma pa nthaŵi ya mavuto safuna kukuyandikira.		و صديقا يشترك في مائدتك ولكنه لا يثبت في يوم ضيقك
6:11	When you are prosperous, they become your second self, and lord it over your servants;				In deinem Glück ist er eins mit dir, in deinem Unglück trennt er sich von dir.		Nella tua fortuna sarà come un altro te stesso, e parlerà liberamente con i tuoi familiari.								Ukakhala wolemera amakhala anzako, kumakuthandiza kulamula antchito ako.		يكون نظيرك في اموالك ويتخذ دالة بين اهل بيتك
6:12	but if you are brought low, they turn against you, and hide themselves from you.				Trifft dich ein Unglück, wendet er sich gegen dich und hält sich vor dir verborgen.		Ma se sarai umiliato, si ergerà contro di te e dalla tua presenza si nasconderà.								Koma ukasauka amakufulatira, amakuzemba, iwe osaŵaonanso.		لكنه اذا انحططت يكون ضدك ويتوارى عن وجهك
6:13	Keep away from your enemies, and be on guard with your friends.				Von deinen Feinden halte dich fern, vor deinen Freunden sei auf der Hut!		Tieniti lontano dai tuoi nemici, e dai tuoi amici guàrdati.								Uzikhala kutali ndi adani ako, ndipo uzikhala mochenjera ndi abwenzi ako.		تباعد عن اعدائك واحذر من اصدقائك
6:14	Faithful friends are a sturdy shelter: whoever finds one has found a treasure.				Ein treuer Freund ist wie ein festes Zelt; wer einen solchen findet, hat einen Schatz gefunden.		Un amico fedele è una protezione potente, chi lo trova, trova un tesoro.								Abwenzi okhulupirika ndi ngaka yolimba, aliyense wopeza abwenzi otere wapeza chuma.		الصديق الامين معقل حصين ومن وجده فقد وجد كنزا
6:15	Faithful friends are beyond price; no amount can balance their worth.				Für einen treuen Freund gibt es keinen Preis, nichts wiegt seinen Wert auf.		Per un amico fedele, non c'è prezzo, non c'è peso per il suo valore.								Abwenzi okhulupirika ngamtengowapatali, kukoma kwao sikungagulike ndi ndalama.		الصديق الامين لا يعادله شيء وصلاحه لا موازن له
6:16	Faithful friends are life-saving medicine; and those who fear the Lord will find them.				Das Leben ist geborgen bei einem treuen Freund, ihn findet, wer Gott fürchtet.		Un amico fedele è un balsamo di vita, lo troveranno quanti temono il Signore.								Abwenzi okhulupirika ali ngati mankhwala opatsa moyo. Oopa Ambuye ndiwo amene amapeza abwenzi otere.		الصديق الامين دواء الحياة والذين يتقون الرب يجدونه
6:17	Those who fear the Lord direct their friendship aright, for as they are, so are their neighbors also.				Wer den Herrn fürchtet, hält rechte Freundschaft, wie er selbst, so ist auch sein Freund.		Chi teme il Signore è costante nella sua amicizia, perché come uno è, così sarà il suo amico.								Munthu woopa Ambuye amakhala ndi abwenzi abwino, monga m'mene aliri iyeyo, abwenzi akenso ali momwemo. Za kuphunzira luntha		من يتقي الرب يحصل على صداقة صالحة لان صديقه يكون نظيره
6:18	My child, from your youth choose discipline, and when you have gray hair you will still find wisdom.				Mein Sohn, lerne Zucht von Jugend an und du wirst Weisheit gewinnen, bis du ergraut bist.		Figlio, sin dalla giovinezza medita la disciplina, conseguirai la sapienza fino alla canizie.								Mwana wanga, ufunefune malangizo ukadali mwana, ndipo mpaka kukalamba, uzidzapeza ndithu luntha.		يا بني اتخذ التاديب منذ شبابك فتجد الحكمة الى مشيبك
6:19	Come to her like one who plows and sows, and wait for her good harvest. For when you cultivate her you will toil but little, and soon you will eat of her produce.				Wie ein Pflüger und Schnitter geh auf sie zu und warte auf ihren reichen Ertrag! Du wirst in ihrem Dienst nur wenig Mühe haben und bald ihre Früchte genießen.		Accòstati ad essa come chi ara e chi semina e attendi i suoi ottimi frutti; poiché faticherai un pò per coltivarla, ma presto mangerai dei suoi prodotti.								Uchite khama kuphunzira luntha, monga munthu amene akulima ndi kufesa mbeu, motero udzayembekeza phindu lalikulu. Pofunafuna lunthalo udzapeza mavuto pa kanthaŵi, koma posachedwa udzadya zipatso zake.		مثل الحارث والزارع اقبل اليها وانتظر ثمارها الصالحة
6:20	She seems very harsh to the undisciplined; fools cannot remain with her.				Rau ist sie für den Toren, wer ohne Einsicht ist, erträgt sie nicht.		Essa è davvero aspra per gli stolti, l'uomo senza coraggio non ci resiste;								Luntha limakhala ngati lovuta kwambiri kwa munthu wopanda mwambo, wopusa sakhalitsa nalo.		فانك تتعب في حراثتها قليلا وتاكل من غلاتها سريعا
6:21	She will be like a heavy stone to test them, and they will not delay in casting her aside.				Wie ein schwerer Stein lastet sie auf ihm, er zögert nicht, sie abzuwerfen.		per lui peserà come una pietra di prova, non tarderà a gettarla via.								Lidzamlemera zedi ngati chimwala choyesera mphamvu, ndipo sadzakhalira kulitaya.		ما اصعبها على الغير المتادبين ان فاقد اللب لا يستمر عليها
6:22	For wisdom is like her name; she is not readily perceived by many.				Denn die Zucht ist wie ihr Name, vielen ist sie unbequem.		La sapienza infatti è come dice il suo nome, ma non a molti essa è chiara.								Mpake kuti amati luntha, chifukwa si anthu ambiri amalipeza.		فانها له كحجر الامتحان الثقيل فلا يلبث ان يتركها
6:23	Listen, my child, and accept my judgment; do not reject my counsel.				Höre, mein Sohn, nimm meine Lehre an, verschmäh nicht meinen Rat!		Ascolta, figlio, e accetta il mio parere; non rigettare il mio consiglio.								Mvetsa mwana wanga, ndipo uvomere malangizo anga, usakane uphungu wanga.		لان الحكمة هي كاسمها ولا تستبين لكثيرين والذين يعرفونها تثبت فيهم الى مشاهدة الله
6:24	Put your feet into her fetters, and your neck into her collar.				Bring deine Füße in ihre Fesseln, deinen Hals unter ihr Joch!		Introduci i tuoi piedi nei suoi ceppi, il collo nella sua catena.								Ika miyendo yako m'matangadza a luntha, ndipo usunge khosi lako m'goli lake.		اسمع يا بني واقبل رايي ولا تنبذ مشورتي
6:25	Bend your shoulders and carry her, and do not fret under her bonds.				Beuge deinen Nacken und trage sie, werde ihrer Stricke nicht überdrüssig!		Piega la tua spalla e portala, non disdegnare i suoi legami.								Ŵerama kuti ulisenze paphewa pako, ndipo usatope nazo nsinga zake.		و ادخل رجليك في قيودها وعنقك في غلها
6:26	Come to her with all your soul, and keep her ways with all your might.				Mit ganzem Herzen schreite auf sie zu, mit voller Kraft halte ihre Wege ein!		Avvicìnati ad essa con tutta l'anima e con tutta la tua forza resta nelle sue vie.								Ulisunge ndi mtima wako wonse, ndipo utsate njira zake ndi mphamvu zako zonse.		احن عاتقك واحملها ولا تغتظ من سلاسلها
6:27	Search out and seek, and she will become known to you; and when you get hold of her, do not let her go.				Frage und forsche, suche und finde! Hast du sie erfasst, lass sie nicht wieder los!		Seguine le orme e cercala, ti si manifesterà; e una volta raggiunta, non lasciarla.								Ulilondole ndi kulifunafuna, ndipo lidzadziwonetsa kwa iwe; tsono ukaligwira, usalitaye.		اقبل اليها بكل نفسك واحفظ طرقها بكل قوتك
6:28	For at last you will find the rest she gives, and she will be changed into joy for you.				Denn schließlich wirst du bei ihr Ruhe finden, sie wandelt sich dir in Freude.		Alla fine troverai in lei il riposo, ed essa ti si cambierà in gioia.								Potsiriza pake lidzakupatsa mpumulo, ndipo lidzasanduka chimwemwe kwa iwe.		ابحث واطلب فتتعرف لك واذا فزت بها فلا تهملها
6:29	Then her fetters will become for you a strong defense, and her collar a glorious robe.				Ihre Fessel wird dir zum sicheren Schutz, ihre Stricke werden zu goldenen Gewändern.		I suoi ceppi saranno per te una protezione potente, le sue catene una veste di gloria.								Matangadza ake adzakutchinjiriza kwambiri, ndipo goli lake lidzakhala ngati chovala chaulemu.		فانك في اواخرك تجد راحتها وتتحول لك مسرة
6:30	Her yoke is a golden ornament, and her bonds a purple cord.				Ein Goldschmuck ist ihr Joch, ihre Garne sind ein Purpurband.		Un ornamento d'oro ha su di sé, i suoi legami sono fili di porpora violetta.								Goli lake lidzakhala ngati chokongoletsera chagolide, ndipo nsinga zake zidzakhala ngati chigwe chobiriŵira.		فتكون لك قيودها حماية قوة واغلالها حلة مجد
6:31	You will wear her like a glorious robe, and put her on like a splendid crown.				Als Prachtgewand kannst du sie anlegen, sie aufsetzen als herrliche Krone.		Te ne rivestirai come di una veste di gloria, te ne cingerai come di una corona magnifica.								Udzalivala ngati chovala chaulemu, ndipo pamutu pako lidzakhala ngati nsangamutu yachimwemwe.		لان عليها حليا من ذهب وسلاسلها سلك سمنجوني
6:32	If you are willing, my child, you can be disciplined, and if you apply yourself you will become clever.				Wenn du willst, mein Sohn, kannst du weise werden, du wirst klug, wenn du dein Herz darauf richtest.		Se lo vuoi, figlio, diventerai saggio; applicandoti totalmente, diventerai abile.								Mwana wanga, ngati ufuna, udzaphunziradi. Ngati uikapo mtima, udzakhala waluntha.		فتلبسها حلة مجد لك وتعقدها اكليل ابتهاج
6:33	If you love to listen you will gain knowledge, and if you pay attention you will become wise.				Bist du bereit zu hören, so wirst du belehrt, neigst du dein Ohr, erlangst du Bildung.		Se ti è caro ascoltare, imparerai; se porgerai l'orecchio, sarai saggio.								Ngati ukonda kumvetsera udzaphunzira, ngati utchera khutu, udzakhala waluntha.		ان شئت يا بني فانك تتادب وان استسلمت تستفيد دهاء
6:34	Stand in the company of the elders. Who is wise? Attach yourself to such a one.				Verweile gern im Kreis der Alten, wer weise ist, dem schließ dich an!		Frequenta le riunioni degli anziani; qualcuno è saggio? Unisciti a lui.								Ukakhale pakati pa anthu aakuluakulu, ukakaona wina waluntha, ukaphatikane ndi ameneyo.		ان احببت ان تسمع فانك تعي وان املت اذنك تصير حكيما
6:35	Be ready to listen to every godly discourse, and let no wise proverbs escape you.				Lausche gern jeder ernsten Rede, keinen Weisheitsspruch lass dir entgehen!		Ascolta volentieri ogni parola divina e le massime sagge non ti sfuggano.								Umvetsere mokondwa mau onse okamba za Mulungu, malangizo aluntha asamakupite.		قف في جماعة الشيوخ ومن كان حكيما فلازمه ارغب ان تسمع كل حديث الهي ولا تهمل امثال التعقل
6:36	If you see an intelligent person, rise early to visit him; let your foot wear out his doorstep.				Achte auf den, der Weisheit hat, und suche ihn auf; dein Fuß trete seine Türschwelle aus.		Se vedi una persona saggia, và presto da lei; il tuo piede logori i gradini della sua porta.								Ukapeza munthu waluntha uzifulumira kukakamba naye, phazi lako lifumbule pakhomo pake.		و ان رايت عاقلا فابتكر اليه ولتطا قدمك درج بابه
6:37	Reflect on the statutes of the Lord, and meditate at all times on his commandments. It is he who will give insight to your mind, and your desire for wisdom will be granted.				Achte auf die Furcht vor dem Herrn, sinn allezeit über seine Gebote nach! Dann gibt er deinem Herzen Einsicht, er macht dich weise, wie du es begehrst.		Rifletti sui precetti del Signore, medita sempre sui suoi comandamenti; egli renderà saldo il tuo cuore, e il tuo desiderio di sapienza sarà soddisfatto.								Uzisinkhasinkha mau a Ambuye, uzilingalira malamulo ake nthaŵi zonse. Ndiwo amene adzakuunikira nzeru zako, ndipo luntha limene umalifuna udzalipeza.		تروا في اوامر الرب وفي وصاياه تامل كل حين فهو يثبت قلبك وينيلك ما تتمناه من الحكمة
