16:1Do not desire a multitude of worthless children, and do not rejoice in ungodly offspring.Wünsch dir nicht schöne Kinder, wenn sie nichts taugen, und freu dich nicht über missratene Söhne!Non desiderare una moltitudine di figli buoni a nulla, non gioire per figli empi.Za kutemberera anthu oipa Usakhumbe kukhala ndi ana ambiri achabechabe, kapena kukondwera nawo ana osaopa Mulungu.لا تشته كثرة اولاد لا خير فيهم ولا تفرح بالبنين المنافقين ولا تسر بكثرتهم اذا لم تكن فيهم مخافة الرب
16:2If they multiply, do not rejoice in them, unless the fear of the Lord is in them.Mögen sie auch zahlreich sein, freu dich nicht über sie, wenn sie keine Gottesfurcht besitzen.Se aumentano di numero non gioire, se sono privi del timore del Signore.Angachuluke bwanji, usakondwere nawo, koma pokhapokha ngati amaopa Ambuye.لا تثق بحياتهم وتلتفت الى مكانهم
16:3Do not trust in their survival, or rely on their numbers; for one can be better than a thousand, and to die childless is better than to have ungodly children.Verlass dich nicht auf ihre Lebensdauer, setz kein Vertrauen in ihre Zukunft! Besser als tausend ist einer [der Gottes Willen tut], besser kinderlos sterben, als schlimme Nachkommen haben.Non confidare su una loro vita lunga e non fondarti sul loro numero, poiché è preferibile uno a mille e morir senza figli che averne degli empi.Usakhulupirire kutalika kwa moyo wao, usadalire kuchuluka kwao. Ndi bwino kukhala ndi mwana mmodzi yekha koma woopa Mulungu, kupambana kukhala nawo 1,000 oipa. 16:4For through one intelligent person a city can be filled with people, but through a clan of outlaws it becomes desolate.Durch einen einzigen Verständigen vermehrt sich die Stadt, durch die Sippe der Abtrünnigen verödet sie.La città potrà ripopolarsi per opera di un solo assennato, mentre la stirpe degli iniqui sarà distrutta.Chifukwa cha munthu mmodzi yekha woopa Mulungu mzinda ukhoza kudzaza ndi anthu. Koma chifukwa cha chigulu cha anthu osatsata Malamulo, mzinda ukhoza kuwonongeka.و الموت بلا ولد خير من الاولاد المنافقين
16:5Many such things my eye has seen, and my ear has heard things more striking than these.Viel von dem hat mein Auge gesehen, mehr noch hat mein Ohr vernommen:Il mio occhio ha visto molte simili cose; il mio orecchio ne ha sentite ancora più gravi.Nthaŵi zambiri ndaona zinthu zoterezi ndipo ndamva zina zambiri zodabwitsa kupambana zimenezi.لانه بعاقل واحد تعمر المدينة وقبيلة من الاثماء تخرب
16:6In an assembly of sinners a fire is kindled, and in a disobedient nation wrath blazes up.Im Kreis der Frevler flammt Feuer auf; gegen ein sündiges Volk entbrennt der Zorn.Nell'assemblea dei peccatori un fuoco si accende, contro un popolo ribelle è divampata l'ira.M'gulu la anthu ochimwa moto udzabuka, ndipo mkwiyo udzayakira anthu a mtundu waupandu.كثير من امثال هذه رايته بعيني واعظم منها سمعت به اذني
16:7He did not forgive the ancient giants who revolted in their might.Er hat den Fürsten der Vorzeit nicht verziehen, als sie sich in ihrer Stärke empörten.Dio non perdonò agli antichi giganti, che si erano ribellati per la loro forza.Mulungu sadakhululukire ziphona zakale zimene zinkanyadira mphamvu zao ndi kuchita zaupandu.في مجمع الخطاة تتقد النار وفي الامة الكافرة يضطرم الغضب
16:8He did not spare the neighbors of Lot, whom he loathed on account of their arrogance.Er hat die Mitbürger Lots nicht geschont, als sie zügellos waren in ihrem Übermut.Non risparmiò i concittadini di Lot, che egli aveva in orrore per la loro superbia.Sadaleke kuŵalanga anthu oyandikana ndi Loti aja, chipongwe chao chidamnyansa Mulungu.لم يعف عن الجبابرة الاولين الذين تمردوا بقوتهم
16:9He showed no pity on the doomed nation, on those dispossessed because of their sins;Er hat das todgeweihte Volk nicht geschont, das wegen seiner Sünden das Land verlor,Non ebbe pietà di nazioni di perdizione, che si erano esaltate per i loro peccati.Sadaŵachitire chifundo anthu oyenera kutayikawo, anthu amene ankanyadira machimo ao.و لم يشفق على جيل لوط الذين مقتهم لكبريائهم
16:10or on the six hundred thousand foot soldiers who assembled in their stubbornness.auch nicht die sechshunderttausend Mann Fußvolk; sie wurden dahingerafft wegen ihres verbrecherischen Herzens.Così trattò i seicentomila uomini che sono periti per l'ostinazione del loro cuore.Adaŵateronso anthu oyenda pansi 600,000 aja amene adasonkhana mwaupandu atakhuta mwano.و لم يرحم امة الهلاك المتعظمين بخطاياهم
16:11Even if there were only one stiff-necked person, it would be a wonder if he remained unpunished. For mercy and wrath are with the Lord; he is mighty to forgive-but he also pours out wrath.Wie erst ergeht es dem Einzelnen, der halsstarrig ist: Ein Wunder wäre es, wenn er straflos bliebe. Denn bei Gott sind Erbarmen und Zorn, er vergibt und verzeiht, doch auch den Zorn schüttet er aus.Ci fosse un solo uomo di dura cervice, sarebbe strano se restasse impunito,Ngakhale atakhala wokanika mmodzi yekha, zingakhale zodabwitsa atapanda kulangidwa. 16:12Great as is his mercy, so also is his chastisement; he judges a person according to his or her deeds.Sein Erbarmen ist so groß wie sein Strafen, jeden richtet er nach seinen Taten.poiché misericordia e ira sono in Dio, potente quando perdona e quando riversa l'ira.Chifundo chao nchachikulu, komanso amalanga koopsa. Amaweruza munthu potsata ntchito zake.لان الرحمة والغضب من عنده هو رب العفو وساكب الغضب
16:13The sinner will not escape with plunder, and the patience of the godly will not be frustrated.Der Verbrecher entkommt nicht mit seinem Raub, doch der Hoffnung des Gerechten setzt Gott kein Ende.Tanto grande la sua misericordia, quanto grande la sua severità; egli giudicherà l'uomo secondo le sue opere.Salola kuti wochimwa athaŵe ndi phindu lake loipa. Kupirira kwa munthu woopa Mulungu sikudzapita pachabe.كما انه كثير الرحمة هكذا هو شديد العقاب فيقضي على الرجل بحسب اعماله
16:14He makes room for every act of mercy; everyone receives in accordance with his or her deeds.Jedem Wohltätigen wird sein Lohn zuteil, jeder empfängt nach seinen Taten.Non sfuggirà il peccatore con la sua rapina, ma neppure la pazienza del pio sarà delusa.Ambuye amalipira ntchito iliyonse yachifundo, ndipo munthu aliyense amamchitira potsata ntchito zake.لا يفلت الخاطئ بغنائمه ولا يضيع الرب صبر التقي
16:15The Lord hardened Pharaoh so that he did not recognize him, in order that his works might be known under heaven.[Der Herr verhärtete das Herz des Pharao, der ihn nicht erkannte, obwohl seine Werke unter dem Himmel offenbar waren.Egli farà posto a tutta la sua generosità; ciascuno sarà trattato secondo le sue opere.Mulungu adaumitsa mtima Farao kuti asamzindikire, kuti ntchito za Mulungu zidziŵike pa dziko lapansi.لكل رحمة يجعل موضعا وكل واحد يلقى ما تستحق اعماله
16:16His mercy is manifest to the whole of creation, and he divided his light and darkness with a plumb line.Sein Erbarmen ist allen seinen Geschöpfen sichtbar, sein Licht und sein Dunkel hat er den Menschen zugeteilt.]Non dire: «Mi terrò celato al Signore! Chi penserà a me lassù?Amachitira chifundo zolengedwa zake zonse, ndiye amene adagaŵa kuŵala ndi mdima pakati pa anthu. Chilango sichilephera kufikaلا تقل ساتوارى عن الرب العل احدا من العلى يذكرني
16:17Do not say, I am hidden from the Lord, and who from on high has me in mind? Among so many people I am unknown, for what am I in a boundless creation?Sag nicht: Ich bin vor Gott verborgen, wer denkt an mich in der Höhe? In der großen Menge bleibe ich unbemerkt, was bin ich in der Gesamtzahl der Menschen?Non sarò riconosciuto fra un popolo numeroso, chi sarò io in mezzo a una creazione senza numero?».Usanene kuti, “Ndiŵabisalira Ambuye. Nanga ndani kumwambako angathe kundikumbukira? Pakati pa anthu ambiri chotere sangathe kundizindikira. 16:18Lo, heaven and the highest heaven, the abyss and the earth, tremble at his visitation!Der Himmel, der höchste Himmel, das Meer und das Land, sie wanken, wenn er sie heimsucht.Ecco il cielo e il cielo dei cieli, l'abisso e la terra sussultano quando egli appare.Onani mlengalenga, thambo la kumwamba, phompho ndi dziko lapansi, zonsezi zimagwedezeka akamabwera Ambuye.ها ان السماء وسماء سماء الله والغمر والارض تتزعزع عند افتقاده
16:19The very mountains and the foundations of the earth quiver and quake when he looks upon them.Der Untergrund der Berge und die Grundfesten der Erde, sie erbeben gewaltig, wenn er sie anschaut.Anche i monti e le fondamenta della terra si scuotono di spavento quando egli li guarda.Mapiri ndi maziko a dziko lapansi nawonso amanjenjemera, Ambuye akaŵayang'ana.و الجبال واسس الارض ترتعد رعبا عندما ينظر اليها
16:20But no human mind can grasp this, and who can comprehend his ways?Doch an mich denkt er nicht und wer achtet auf meine Wege?Ma nessuno riflette su queste cose; al suo modo di agire chi ci bada?Koma ndani amaganizako za zimenezi, ndipo ndani amayesa kumvetsa njira za Ambuye?و في ذلك لا يتامل القلب
16:21Like a tempest that no one can see, so most of his works are concealed.Sündige ich, sieht mich kein Auge, betrüge ich ganz heimlich, wer weiß es? -Anche la bufera che nessuno contempla, e la maggior parte delle sue opere, sono nel mistero.Monga namondwe amafikira anthu modzidzimutsa, momwemonso ntchito zambiri za Ambuye zimachitika mobisika.و ليس من يفهم طرقه رب زوبعة لا يبصرها الانسان
16:22Who is to announce his acts of justice? Or who can await them? For his decree is far off.Das gerechte Tun, wer macht es bekannt? Und was darf ich hoffen, wenn ich das Gebot halte?«Chi a Dio annunzierà le opere di giustizia? Ovvero chi le attende? L'alleanza infatti è lontana».Ndani angasimbe za ntchito zolungama za Ambuye? Ndani angaziyembekezere? Ndipotu chipangano chake chili kutali.”فان اكثر اعمال الرب في الخفاء اعمال العدل من يخبر بها او من يحتملها ان العهد بعيد والفحص عن الجميع يكون عند الانقضاء
16:23Such are the thoughts of one devoid of understanding; a senseless and misguided person thinks foolishly.Nur ein Unvernünftiger behauptet solches, nur ein törichter Mensch denkt so.Tali cose pensa chi ha il cuore perverso; lo stolto, appunto errando, pensa sciocchezze.Ameneŵa ndiwo maganizo a munthu wopanda nzeru, malingaliro opusa a munthu wosokonezeka. Za munthu pakati pa zolengedwaالمتواضع القلب يتامل في ذلك اما الرجل الجاهل الضال فيتامل في الحماقات
16:24Listen to me, my child, and acquire knowledge, and pay close attention to my words.Hört auf mich und lernt von meiner Erfahrung, richtet euren Sinn auf meine Worte!Ascoltami, figlio, e impara la scienza; e sii attento nel tuo cuore alle mie parole.Mwana wanga, undimvere ndipo uphunzire nzeru. Mvetsetsa bwino zimene ndikunena!اسمع لي يا بني وتعلم العلم ووجه قلبك الى كلامي
16:25I will impart discipline precisely and declare knowledge accurately.Wohl überlegt trage ich meine Gedanken vor und bescheiden teile ich mein Wissen mit:Manifesterò con esattezza la mia dottrina; con cura annunzierò la scienza.Ndidzakuphunzitsa mwambo mosamala, ndi kukuuza nzeru mosaphonya.اني اعبر عن التاديب بوزن وابدي العلم بتدقيق
16:26When the Lord created his works from the beginning, and, in making them, determined their boundaries,Als Gott am Anfang seine Werke erschuf und ihnen zu ihrem Dasein Gesetze gab,Nella creazione del Signore le sue opere sono fin dal principio, e dalla loro origine ne separò le parti.Ambuye adalenga zinthu poyambayamba, ndipo atazilenga, adazipatsa malire ake.جميع اعمال الرب من البدء قدرها بحكمة ومنذ انشائها ميز اجزاءها
16:27he arranged his works in an eternal order, and their dominion for all generations. They neither hunger nor grow weary, and they do not abandon their tasks.hat er ihre Aufgabe für immer festgelegt und ihren Machtbereich für alle Zeiten. Sie ermatten nicht und werden nicht müde, sie lassen nicht nach in ihrer Kraft.Egli ordinò per l'eternità le sue opere, ne stabilì l'attività per le generazioni future. Non hanno fame né si stancano, eppure non interrompono il loro lavoro.Adazilongosola dwakedwake mpaka muyaya, kuyambira pa chiyambi mpaka nthaŵi yakutsogolo. 16:28They do not crowd one another, and they never disobey his word.Keines seiner Werke verdrängt das andere und bis in Ewigkeit widerstreben sie seinem Befehl nicht.Nessuna di loro urta la sua vicina, mai disubbidiranno ad un suo comando.Palibe chimene chimaombana ndi chinzake, ndipo sizidzaleka kumvera lamulo la Ambuye.و لم يضايق بعضها بعضا
16:29Then the Lord looked upon the earth, and filled it with his good things.Dann hat der Herr auf die Erde geblickt und sie mit seinen Gütern erfüllt.Dopo ciò il Signore riguardò sulla terra e la riempì dei suoi doni.Tsono Ambuye adayang'ana dziko lapansi, ndipo adalidzaza ndi zinthu zao zabwino.و هي لا تعاصي كلمته مدى الدهر
16:30With all kinds of living beings he covered its surface, and into it they must return.Mit allerlei Lebewesen bedeckte er ihre Fläche und sie kehren wieder zu ihr zurück.Ne ricoprì la superficie con ogni genere di viventi e ad essa faranno ritorno.Adadzaza nthaka yonse ndi zolengedwa zamoyo wa mitundu yonse, ndipo zonsezo zidzabwerera ku nthaka komweko.و بعد ذلك نظر الرب الى الارض وملاها من خيراته
