16:1	Therefore those people were deservedly punished through such creatures, and were tormented by a multitude of animals.				Darum wurden sie mit Recht durch ähnliche Tiere gezüchtigt und durch eine Menge von Ungeziefer gequält.		Per questo furon giustamente puniti con esseri simili e tormentati da numerose bestiole.								Aejipito adalangidwa ndi zolengedwa zotere monga kudaŵayenera, adazunzikadi ndi zilombo zosaŵerengeka.		لذلك كانوا احقاء بان يعاقبوا بامثال هذه ويعذبوا بجم من الحشرات
16:2	Instead of this punishment you showed kindness to your people, and you prepared quails to eat, a delicacy to satisfy the desire of appetite;				Während sie auf solche Weise gezüchtigt wurden, hast du deinem Volk eine Wohltat erwiesen und mit den Wachteln seinem heftigen Verlangen eine fremdartige Nahrung gegeben.		Invece di tale castigo, tu beneficasti il tuo popolo; per appagarne il forte appetito gli preparasti un cibo di gusto squisito, le quaglie.								M'malo mwa chilangocho, mtundu wa anthu anu mudauchitira chifundo. Ndipo pofuna kuthetsa nkhuli yao, mudaŵakonzera zinziri, chakudya chokoma.		اما شعبك فبدلا من ذلك العقاب احسنت اليهم باعداد السلوى ماكلا غريب الطعم اشبعت به شهوتهم
16:3	in order that those people, when they desired food, might lose the least remnant of appetite because of the odious creatures sent to them, while your people, after suffering want a short time, might partake of delicacies.				Während jenen in ihrem Hunger die Esslust verging wegen der Hässlichkeit der gegen sie gesandten Tiere, bekamen diese nach nur kurzer Entbehrung sogar eine fremdartige Speise.		Gli egiziani infatti, sebbene bramosi di cibo, disgustati dagli animali inviati contro di loro perdettero anche il naturale appetito; questi invece, dopo una breve privazione, gustarono un cibo squisito.								Aejipito aja, ngakhale ankafuna kudya, ataona tizilombo toŵazunza, adanyansidwa ndi zakudya zofunika zomwe, koma anthu anu atamva njala nthaŵi pang'ono, pambuyo pake adalandirako chakudya chokoma.		حتى انه بينما كان اولئك مع جوعهم فاقدي كل شهوة للطعام من كراهة ما بعثت عليهم كان هؤلاء بعد عوز يسير يتناولون ماكلا غريب الطعم
16:4	For it was necessary that upon those oppressors inescapable want should come, while to these others it was merely shown how their enemies were being tormented.				Über jene Unterdrücker sollte unabwendbarer Hunger kommen; diese aber sollten nur kurz spüren, wie ihre Feinde gequält wurden.		Era necessario che a quegli avversari venisse addosso una carestia inevitabile e che a questi si mostrasse soltanto come erano tormentati i loro nemici. 16:5	For when the terrible rage of wild animals came upon your people and they were being destroyed by the bites of writhing serpents, your wrath did not continue to the end;				Auch damals, als die schreckliche Wut wilder Tiere über sie hereinbrach und sie durch die Bisse tückischer Schlangen umkamen, dauerte dein Zorn nicht bis ans Ende.		Quando infatti li assalì il terribile furore delle bestie e perirono per i morsi di tortuosi serpenti, la tua collera non durò sino alla fine.								Pamene anthu anu ankasauka ndi ukali wa zilombo ndipo pamene ankafa, njoka zaululu zitaŵaluma, mkwiyo wanu sudapitirire.		و لما اقتحم هؤلاء حنق الوحوش الهائل واهلكهم لدغ الحيات الخبيثة
16:6	they were troubled for a little while as a warning, and received a symbol of deliverance to remind them of your law's command.				Zur Warnung wurden sie nur kurz in Schrecken versetzt und bekamen ein Rettungszeichen, damit sie sich an die Vorschrift deines Gesetzes erinnerten.		Per correzione furono spaventati per breve tempo, avendo gia avuto un pegno di salvezza a ricordare loro i decreti della tua legge.								Iwo adavutika nthaŵi pang'ono ngati chenjezo chabe, ndipo adalandira pomwepo chizindikiro cha chipulumutso, choŵakumbutsa malamulo anu.		لم يستمر غضبك الى المنتهى بل انما اقلقوا الى حين انذارا لهم ونصبت لهم علامة للخلاص تذكرهم وصية شريعتك
16:7	For the one who turned toward it was saved, not by the thing that was beheld, but by you, the Savior of all.				Wer sich dorthin wandte, wurde nicht durch das gerettet, was er anschaute, sondern durch dich, den Retter aller.		Infatti chi si volgeva a guardarlo era salvato non da quel che vedeva, ma solo da te, salvatore di tutti.								Aliyense amene ankatembenukira chizindikirocho, ankapulumuka. 16:8	And by this also you convinced our enemies that it is you who deliver from every evil.				Dadurch hast du unsere Feinde überzeugt, dass du es bist, der aus allem Übel erlöst.		Anche con ciò convincesti i nostri nemici che tu sei colui che libera da ogni male.								Pakutero mudaonetsa adani athu aja kuti ndinu amene mumapulumutsa ku zoipa zonse.		و بذلك اثبت لاعدائنا انك انت المنقذ من كل سوء
16:9	For they were killed by the bites of locusts and flies, and no healing was found for them, because they deserved to be punished by such things.				Denn sie wurden durch die Bisse der Heuschrecken und der Stechfliegen getötet, ohne dass es ein Heilmittel für sie gab; sie verdienten es ja, durch solches Ungeziefer gezüchtigt zu werden.		Gli egiziani infatti furono uccisi dai morsi di cavallette e di mosche, né si trovò un rimedio per la loro vita, meritando di essere puniti con tali mezzi.								Iwowo adafa chifukwa choŵaluma dzombe ndi nchenche, osapeza mankhwala opulumutsira moyo wao, chifukwa anali oyenera kulangidwa choncho.		لان اولئك قتلهم لسع الجراد والذباب ولم يوجد لنفوسهم شفاء اذ هم اهل لان يعاقبوا بمثل ذلك
16:10	But your children were not conquered even by the fangs of venomous serpents, for your mercy came to their help and healed them.				Deine Söhne aber wurden nicht einmal durch die Zähne Gift spritzender Schlangen überwältigt; denn dein Erbarmen kam ihnen zu Hilfe und heilte sie.		Invece contro i tuoi figli neppure i denti di serpenti velenosi prevalsero, perché intervenne la tua misericordia a guarirli.								Koma ana anu, ngakhale mano a njoka zaululu sadathe kuŵatsiriza, chifukwa chifundo chanu chidzaŵathandiza ndi kuŵachiritsa.		اما بنوك فلم تقو عليهم انياب التنانين السامة لان رحمتك اقبلت وشفتهم
16:11	To remind them of your oracles they were bitten, and then were quickly delivered, so that they would not fall into deep forgetfulness and become unresponsive to your kindness.				Sie wurden gebissen, aber schnell wieder gerettet, damit sie sich an deine Worte erinnerten; denn sie sollten nicht in tiefes Vergessen versinken, sondern sich ungehindert deiner Wohltaten erfreuen.		Perché ricordassero le tue parole, feriti dai morsi, erano subito guariti, per timore che, caduti in un profondo oblio, fossero esclusi dai tuoi benefici.								Adalumidwa kuti azikumbukira mau anu, mudaŵachiritsa msanga, kuti angakuiŵaleni ndipo angapande kulandira chithandizo chanu.		و انما نخسوا ليتذكروا اقوالك ثم خلصوا سريعا لئلا يسقطوا في نسيان عميق فيحرموا احسانك
16:12	For neither herb nor poultice cured them, but it was your word, O Lord, that heals all people.				Weder Kraut noch Wundpflaster machte sie gesund, sondern dein Wort, Herr, das alles heilt.		Non li guarì né un'erba né un emolliente, ma la tua parola, o Signore, la quale tutto risana.								Si masamba, si mankhwala adaŵachiritsa, koma ndi mau anu, Inu Ambuye, amene amachiza matenda onse.		و ما شفاهم نبت ولا مرهم بل كلمتك يارب التي تشفي الجميع
16:13	For you have power over life and death; you lead mortals down to the gates of Hades and back again.				Du hast Gewalt über Leben und Tod; du führst zu den Toren der Unterwelt hinab und wieder herauf.		Tu infatti hai potere sulla vita e sulla morte; conduci giù alle porte degli inferi e fai risalire.								Inu muli ndi mphamvu pa moyo ndi pa imfa, mumafikitsa anthu ku khomo la imfa, ndi kuŵabweza kuchokera kumeneko.		لان لك سلطان الحياة والموت فتحدر الى ابواب الجحيم وتصعد
16:14	A person in wickedness kills another, but cannot bring back the departed spirit, or set free the imprisoned soul.				Ein Mensch kann zwar in seiner Schlechtigkeit töten; doch den entschwundenen Geist holt er nicht zurück und die weggenommene Seele kann er nicht befreien.		L'uomo può uccidere nella sua malvagità, ma non far tornare uno spirito gia esalato, né liberare un'anima gia accolta negli inferi.								Munthu amene ali woipa mtima angathe kupha munthu mnzake, koma sangathe kubweza mpweya utachoka, kapena kupulumutsa mzimu utaloŵa m'dziko la akufa.		اما الانسان فيقتل بخبثه لكنه لا يعيد الروح الذي قد خرج ولا يسترجع النفس المقبوضة
16:15	To escape from your hand is impossible;				Unmöglich ist es, deiner Hand zu entfliehen.		E' impossibile sfuggire alla tua mano:								Kuthaŵa dzanja lanu nkosatheka.		انه ليس احد يستطيع ان يهرب من يدك
16:16	for the ungodly, refusing to know you, were flogged by the strength of your arm, pursued by unusual rains and hail and relentless storms, and utterly consumed by fire.				Denn die Frevler, die behaupten, dich nicht zu kennen, wurden durch die Kraft deines Armes gezüchtigt: Ungewöhnliche Regengüsse, Hagelschauer und schreckliche Wolkenbrüche peitschten auf sie nieder und Feuer verzehrte sie.		gli empi, che rifiutavano di conoscerti, furono colpiti con la forza del tuo braccio, perseguitati da strane pioggie e da grandine, da acquazzoni travolgenti, e divorati dal fuoco.								Anthu osamvera, okana kukudziŵani, adakwapulidwa ndi mphamvu za dzanja lanu. Mvula yamkuntho ndi yamatalala, ndiponso mvumbi wosakata, zidaŵasautsa, ndipo moto udaŵatentha.		فانك قد جلدت بقوة ذراعك المنافقين الذين جحدوا معرفتك واطلقت في اثرهم سيولا وبردا وامطارا غريبة ونارا اكلة
16:17	For-most incredible of all-in water, which quenches all things, the fire had still greater effect, for the universe defends the righteous.				Das Seltsamste war, dass das Wasser, das sonst alles löscht, die Kraft des Feuers noch verstärkte; denn die Natur kämpft für die Gerechten.		E, cosa più strana, l'acqua che tutto spegne ravvivava sempre più il fuoco: l'universo si fa alleato dei giusti.								Chinali chinthu chozizwitsa kuti moto udayaka mwamphamvu ngakhale m'madzi momwe mozimitsa zonse, chifukwa zonse zapansipano zimachirikiza anthu olungama.		و اغرب شيء ان النار كانت في الماء الذي يطفئ كل شيء تزداد حدة لان عناصر العالم تقاتل عن الصديقين
16:18	At one time the flame was restrained, so that it might not consume the creatures sent against the ungodly, but that seeing this they might know that they were being pursued by the judgment of God;				Das eine Mal wurde die Flamme gezähmt, damit sie nicht die Tiere verzehrte, die gegen die Ruchlosen gesandt waren; diese sollten sehen und erkennen, dass sie von Gottes Strafe verfolgt wurden.		Talvolta la fiamma si attenuava per non bruciare gli animali inviati contro gli empi e per far loro comprendere a tal vista che erano incalzati dal giudizio di Dio.								Mwina ukali wa moto unkacheperapo kuti usapsereze tizilombo todzasautsa osamverawo, kuti motero adaniwo poona zimenezo, azizindikira chiweruzo cha Mulungu choŵalondola.		و كان اللهيب تارة يسكن لئلا يحرق ما ارسل على المنافقين من الحيوان ولكي يبصروا فيعلموا ان قضاء الله على اعقابهم
16:19	and at another time even in the midst of water it burned more intensely than fire, to destroy the crops of the unrighteous land.				Das andere Mal brannte die Flamme mit ungewöhnlicher Kraft mitten im Wasser, um die Erzeugnisse des schuldbeladenen Landes zu vernichten.		Altre volte anche in mezzo all'acqua la fiamma bruciava oltre la potenza del fuoco per distruggere i germogli di una terra iniqua.								Mwina moto unkayaka kwambiri ngakhale m'madzi momwe, kuti uwononge dzinthu dzonse dza dziko la anthu osamvera.		و تارة يخرج عن طبع النار فيتاجج في الماء لكي يستاصل انبتة الارض الاثيمة
16:20	Instead of these things you gave your people food of angels, and without their toil you supplied them from heaven with bread ready to eat, providing every pleasure and suited to every taste.				Dein Volk dagegen nährtest du mit der Speise der Engel und unermüdlich gabst du ihm fertiges Brot vom Himmel. Deine Gabe gewährte jeden Genuss und entsprach jedem Geschmack;		Invece sfamasti il tuo popolo con un cibo degli angeli, dal cielo offristi loro un pane gia pronto senza fatica, capace di procurare ogni delizia e soddisfare ogni gusto.								Pamalo pa zimenezi mudadyetsa anthu anu ndi chakudya cha angelo, mudaŵatumizira buledi wokonzeka kale wofumira kumwamba, popanda iwo kugwirapo ntchito. Chinali chakudya chosangalatsa ndi chokomera anthu onse, ngakhale a kukonda kosiyanasiyana.		اما شعبك فبدلا من ذلك اطعمتهم طعام الملائكة وارسلت لهم من السماء خبزا معدا لا تعب فيه يتضمن كل لذة ويلائم كل ذوق
16:21	For your sustenance manifested your sweetness toward your children; and the bread, ministering to the desire of the one who took it, was changed to suit everyone's liking.				sie offenbarte deine zarte Liebe zu deinen Kindern. Sie erfüllte das Verlangen eines jeden, der sie genoss, und verwandelte sich in alles, was einer wollte.		Questo tuo alimento manifestava la tua dolcezza verso i tuoi figli; esso si adattava al gusto di chi l'inghiottiva e si trasformava in ciò che ognuno desiderava.								Chakudya chanucho chinkasonyeza kukoma mtima kwanu kosamalira ana anu. Chinali chokomera aliyense, ndipo kukoma kwake kunkasinthika malinga nkukonda kwa munthu aliyense.		لان جوهرك ابدى عذوبتك لبنيك فكان يخدم شهوة المتناول ويتحول الى ما شاء كل واحد
16:22	Snow and ice withstood fire without melting, so that they might know that the crops of their enemies were being destroyed by the fire that blazed in the hail and flashed in the showers of rain;				Schnee und Eis hielten dem Feuer stand und schmolzen nicht. Deine Kinder sollten erkennen, dass nur die Früchte der Feinde vom Feuer vernichtet wurden, das im Hagel brannte und in den Regengüssen blitzte,		Neve e ghiaccio resistevano al fuoco senza sciogliersi, perché riconoscessero che i frutti dei nemici il fuoco distruggeva ardendo tra la grandine e folgoreggiando tra le piogge.								Chipale ndi chisanu choundana chambee sizidasungunuke m'moto, kuti anthu anu azindikire kuti unali moto woyaka pakati pa matalala ndi pakati pa mvula, umene unkaononga dzinthu dza adani ao.		و كان الثلج والجليد يثبتان في النار ولا يذوبان لكي يعلم كيف اكلت ثمار الاعداء نار تلتهب في البرد وتبرق في المطر
16:23	whereas the fire, in order that the righteous might be fed, even forgot its native power.				und dass es umgekehrt sogar seine eigene Kraft vergaß, damit die Gerechten Nahrung hätten.		Al contrario, perché si nutrissero i giusti, dimenticava perfino la propria virtù.								Koma moto womwewo unkaiŵala khalidwe lake, kuti olungama zakudya zao zisaonongeke.		اما عند هؤلاء فقد تناست القوة التي لها لكي يغتذي القديسون
16:24	For creation, serving you who made it, exerts itself to punish the unrighteous, and in kindness relaxes on behalf of those who trust in you.				Denn die Schöpfung, die dir, ihrem Schöpfer, dient, steigert ihre Kräfte, um die Schuldigen zu bestrafen, und hält sie zurück, um denen Gutes zu tun, die auf dich vertrauen.		La creazione infatti a te suo creatore obbedendo, si irrigidisce per punire gli ingiusti, ma s'addolcisce a favore di quanti confidano in te.								Zoonadi, zolengedwa, potumikira Inu Mlengi wake, zimalimbikira kuti zilange anthu oipa, koma zimakhululuka ndi kuŵachitira zachifundo anthu okhulupirira Inu.		اذ الخليقة الخادمة لك انت صانعها تتشدد لتعاقب المجرمين وتتراخى لتحسن الى المتوكلين عليك
16:25	Therefore at that time also, changed into all forms, it served your all-nourishing bounty, according to the desire of those who had need,				Darum diente sie auch damals deinem Geschenk, das alle ernährte, und verwandelte sich in alles, was die Bittenden wünschten.		Per questo anche allora, adattandosi a tutto, serviva alla tua liberalità che tutti alimenta, secondo il desiderio di chi era nel bisogno,								Choncho, nthaŵi yakaleyo, potenga maonekedwe osiyanasiyana, zolengedwazo zinkathandiza ufulu wanu wolera onse, potsata khumbo la anthu okupemphani.		لذلك كانت حينئذ تتحول الى كل شيء لتخدم نعمتك الغاذية الجميع على ما يشاء كل محتاج
16:26	so that your children, whom you loved, O Lord, might learn that it is not the production of crops that feeds humankind but that your word sustains those who trust in you.				Deine geliebten Söhne, Herr, sollten daraus lernen: Nicht die verschiedenartigen Früchte ernähren den Menschen, sondern dein Wort erhält alle, die dir vertrauen.		perché i tuoi figli, che ami, o Signore, capissero che non le diverse specie di frutti nutrono l'uomo, ma la tua parola conserva coloro che credono in te.								Tsono ana anu amene mumaŵakonda, Inu Ambuye, adatha kuphunzira kuti si zokolola zokha zimene zingadyetse anthu, koma ndi mau anu amene amasunga anthu okukhulupirirani.		لكي يعلم بنوك الذين احببتهم ايها الرب ان ليس ما تخرج الارض من الثمار هو يغذو الانسان لكن كلمتك هي التي تحفظ المؤمنين بك
16:27	For what was not destroyed by fire was melted when simply warmed by a fleeting ray of the sun,				Denn dasselbe, das vom Feuer nicht vernichtet wurde, schmolz sogleich, wenn es ein flüchtiger Sonnenstrahl erwärmte.		Ciò che infatti non era stato distrutto dal fuoco si scioglieva appena scaldato da un breve raggio di sole,								Zimene sizidaonongeke ndi moto, zidasungunuka ndi chitungu cha pakanthaŵi, cha mwendo umodzi wa dzuŵa.		اذ ما لم تكن النار تحله كانت شعاعة يسيرة من الشمس تحميه فيذوب
16:28	to make it known that one must rise before the sun to give you thanks, and must pray to you at the dawning of the light;				So sollte man erkennen, dass man, um dir zu danken, der Sonne zuvorkommen und sich noch vor dem Aufgang des Lichtes an dich wenden muss.		perché fosse noto che si deve prevenire il sole per renderti grazie e pregarti allo spuntar della luce,								Choncho tidziŵe kuti tiyenera kudzuka ndi kukuyamikani, dzuŵa lisanatuluke, ndipo tiyenera kupemphera kwa Inu nthaŵi yomwe ya mbandakucha.		حتى يعلم انه يجب ان نسبق الشمس الى شكرك ونحضر امامك عند شروق النور
16:29	for the hope of an ungrateful person will melt like wintry frost, and flow away like waste water.				Denn die Hoffnung des Undankbaren schmilzt wie winterlicher Reif und verrinnt wie unnützes Wasser.		poiché la speranza dell'ingrato si scioglierà come brina invernale e si disperderà come un'acqua inutilizzabile.								Koma munthu wosathokoza, chikhulupiriro chake chidzasungunuka ngati chipale, ndi kutayika ngati madzi opanda ntchito.		لان رجاء من لا شكر له يذوب كجليد شتوي ويذهب كماء لا منفعة فيه
