3:1	But the souls of the righteous are in the hand of God, and no torment will ever touch them.	Die Seelen der Gerechten sind in Gottes Hand und keine Qual kann sie berühren. 3:2	In the eyes of the foolish they seemed to have died, and their departure was thought to be a disaster,	In den Augen der Toren sind sie gestorben, ihr Heimgang gilt als Unglück,	Agli occhi degli stolti parve che morissero; la loro fine fu ritenuta una sciagura,	و في ظن الجهال انهم ماتوا وقد حسب خروجهم شقاء
3:3	and their going from us to be their destruction; but they are at peace.	ihr Scheiden von uns als Vernichtung; sie aber sind in Frieden.	la loro partenza da noi una rovina, ma essi sono nella pace.	و ذهابهم عنا عطبا اما هم ففي السلام
3:4	For though in the sight of others they were punished, their hope is full of immortality.	In den Augen der Menschen wurden sie gestraft; doch ihre Hoffnung ist voll Unsterblichkeit.	Anche se agli occhi degli uomini subiscono castighi, la loro speranza è piena di immortalità.	و مع انهم قد عوقبوا في عيون الناس فرجاؤهم مملوء خلودا
3:5	Having been disciplined a little, they will receive great good, because God tested them and found them worthy of himself;	Ein wenig nur werden sie gezüchtigt; doch sie empfangen große Wohltat. Denn Gott hat sie geprüft und fand sie seiner würdig.	Per una breve pena riceveranno grandi benefici, perché Dio li ha provati e li ha trovati degni di sé:	و بعد تاديب يسير لهم ثواب عظيم لان الله امتحنهم فوجدهم اهلا له
3:6	like gold in the furnace he tried them, and like a sacrificial burnt offering he accepted them.	Wie Gold im Schmelzofen hat er sie erprobt und sie angenommen als ein vollgültiges Opfer.	li ha saggiati come oro nel crogiuolo e li ha graditi come un olocausto.	محصهم كالذهب في البودقة وقبلهم كذبيحة محرقة
3:7	In the time of their visitation they will shine forth, and will run like sparks through the stubble.	Beim Endgericht werden sie aufleuchten wie Funken, die durch ein Stoppelfeld sprühen.	Nel giorno del loro giudizio risplenderanno; come scintille nella stoppia, correranno qua e là.	فهم في وقت افتقادهم يتلالاون ويسعون سعي الشرار بين القصب
3:8	They will govern nations and rule over peoples, and the Lord will reign over them forever.	Sie werden Völker richten und über Nationen herrschen und der Herr wird ihr König sein in Ewigkeit.	Governeranno le nazioni, avranno potere sui popoli e il Signore regnerà per sempre su di loro.	و يدينون الامم ويتسلطون على الشعوب ويملك ربهم الى الابد
3:9	Those who trust in him will understand truth, and the faithful will abide with him in love, because grace and mercy are upon his holy ones, and he watches over his elect.	Alle, die auf ihn vertrauen, werden die Wahrheit erkennen und die Treuen werden bei ihm bleiben in Liebe. Denn Gnade und Erbarmen wird seinen Erwählten zuteil.	Quanti confidano in lui comprenderanno la verità; coloro che gli sono fedeli vivranno presso di lui nell'amore, perché grazia e misericordia sono riservate ai suoi eletti.	المتوكلون عليه سيفهمون الحق والامناء في المحبة سيلازمونه لان النعمة والرحمة لمختاريه
3:10	But the ungodly will be punished as their reasoning deserves, those who disregarded the righteous and rebelled against the Lord;	Die Frevler aber werden für ihre Pläne bestraft, sie, die den Gerechten missachtet haben und vom Herrn abgefallen sind.	Ma gli empi per i loro pensieri riceveranno il castigo, essi che han disprezzato il giusto e si son ribellati al Signore.	اما المنافقون فسينالهم العقاب الخليق بمشوراتهم اذ استهانوا بالصديق وارتدوا عن الرب
3:11	for those who despise wisdom and instruction are miserable. Their hope is vain, their labors are unprofitable, and their works are useless.	Unglücklich sind alle, die Weisheit und Belehrung verachten; leer ist ihre Hoffnung, vergeblich sind ihre Mühen und wertlos ihre Taten.	Chi disprezza la sapienza e la disciplina è infelice. Vana la loro speranza e le loro fatiche senza frutto, inutili le opere loro.	لان مزدري الحكمة والتاديب شقي انما رجاؤهم باطل واتعابهم بلا ثمرة واعمالهم لا فائدة فيها
3:12	Their wives are foolish, and their children evil;	Ihre Frauen sind unverständig und ihre Kinder böse, fluchbeladen ist ihr Geschlecht.	Le loro mogli sono insensate, cattivi i loro figli, maledetta la loro progenie.	نساوهم سفيهات واولادهم اشرار
3:13	their offspring are accursed. For blessed is the barren woman who is undefiled, who has not entered into a sinful union; she will have fruit when God examines souls.	Selig ist die Kinderlose, die unschuldig blieb und kein Lager der Sünde kannte; sie wird gleich einer Mutter geehrt, wenn die Seelen ihren Lohn empfangen.	Beata la sterile non contaminata, la quale non ha conosciuto un letto peccaminoso; avrà il suo frutto alla rassegna delle anime.	و نسلهم ملعون اما العاقر الطاهرة التي لم تعرف المضجع الفاحش فطوبى لها انها ستحوز ثمرتها في افتقاد النفوس
3:14	Blessed also is the eunuch whose hands have done no lawless deed, and who has not devised wicked things against the Lord; for special favor will be shown him for his faithfulness, and a place of great delight in the temple of the Lord.	Selig ist auch der Kinderlose, der sich nicht frevelhaft verging und gegen den Herrn nichts Böses plante; besondere Gnade wird seiner Treue zuteil und ein gar köstlicher Anteil am Tempel des Herrn.	Anche l'eunuco, la cui mano non ha commesso iniquità e che non ha pensato cose malvage contro il Signore, riceverà una grazia speciale per la sua fedeltà, una parte più desiderabile nel tempio del Signore;	و طوبى للخصي الذي لم تباشر يده ماثما ولا افتكر قلبه بشر على الرب فانه سيعطى نعمة سامية لامانته وحظا شهيا في هيكل الرب
3:15	For the fruit of good labors is renowned, and the root of understanding does not fail.	Denn ruhmreich ist der Lohn guter Mühe und unvergänglich die Wurzel der Klugheit.	poiché il frutto delle opere buone è glorioso e imperitura la radice della saggezza.	لان ثمرة الاتعاب الصالحة فاخرة وجرثومة الفطنة راسخة
3:16	But children of adulterers will not come to maturity, and the offspring of an unlawful union will perish.	Doch die Kinder von Ehebrechern verkümmern und die Nachkommen einer sündigen Verbindung schwinden dahin.	I figli di adulteri non giungeranno a maturità; la discendenza di un'unione illegittima sarà sterminata.	اما اولاد الزناة فلا يبلغون اشدهم وذرية المضجع الاثيم تنقرض
3:17	Even if they live long they will be held of no account, and finally their old age will be without honor.	Auch wenn sie lange leben, gelten sie nichts und ehrlos ist am Ende ihr Alter.	Anche se avranno lunga vita, non saran contati per niente, e, infine, la loro vecchiaia sarà senza onore.	ان طالت حياتهم فانهم يحسبون كلا شيء وفي اواخرهم تكون شيخوختهم بلا كرامة
3:18	If they die young, they will have no hope and no consolation on the day of judgment.	Sterben sie früh, so haben sie keine Hoffnung und keinen Trost am Tag des Gerichts;	Se poi moriranno presto, non avranno speranza né consolazione nel giorno del giudizio,	و ان ماتوا سريعا فلا يكون لهم رجاء ولا عزاء في يوم الحساب
3:19	For the end of an unrighteous generation is grievous.	denn schlimm ist das Ende eines schuldhaften Geschlechts.	poiché di una stirpe iniqua è terribile il destino.	لان عاقبة الجيل الاثيم هائلة
