15:1	But you, our God, are kind and true, patient, and ruling all things in mercy.	Du aber, unser Gott, bist gütig, wahrhaftig und langmütig; voll Erbarmen durchwaltest du das All.	Ma tu, nostro Dio, sei buono e fedele, sei paziente e tutto governi secondo misericordia.	و انت يا الهنا ذو صلاح وصدق طويل الاناة ومدبر الجميع بالرحمة
15:2	For even if we sin we are yours, knowing your power; but we will not sin, because we know that you acknowledge us as yours.	Auch wenn wir sündigen, gehören wir dir, da wir deine Stärke kennen; doch wir wollen nicht sündigen, da wir wissen, dass wir dein Eigentum sind.	Anche se pecchiamo, siamo tuoi, conoscendo la tua potenza; ma non peccheremo più, sapendo che ti apparteniamo.	فاذا خطئنا فنحن في يدك وقد علمنا قدرتك لكنا لا نختار الخطا لعلمنا بانا من خاصتك
15:3	For to know you is complete righteousness, and to know your power is the root of immortality.	Denn es ist vollendete Gerechtigkeit, dich zu verstehen; und deine Stärke zu kennen ist die Wurzel der Unsterblichkeit.	Conoscerti, infatti, è giustizia perfetta, conoscere la tua potenza è radice di immortalità.	فان معرفتك هي البر الكامل والعلم بقدرتك هو اصل الحياة الدائمة
15:4	For neither has the evil intent of human art misled us, nor the fruitless toil of painters, a figure stained with varied colors,	Die arglistige Erfindung der Menschen hat uns nicht verführt, die unfruchtbare Arbeit der Maler, eine mit bunten Farben besudelte Gestalt.	Non ci indusse in errore né l'invenzione umana di un'arte perversa, né la sterile fatica dei pittori, immagini deturpate di vari colori,	لذلك لم يغونا ما اخترعته صناعة الناس الممقوتة ولا عمل المصورين العقيم من الصور الملطخة بالالوان
15:5	whose appearance arouses yearning in fools, so that they desire the lifeless form of a dead image.	Ihr Anblick erregt die Sehnsucht der Toren und weckt in ihnen das Verlangen nach der leblosen Gestalt eines toten Bildes.	la cui vista provoca negli stolti il desiderio, l'anelito per una forma inanimata di un'immagine morta.	التي في النظر اليها فضيحة للسفهاء بعشقهم صورة تمثال ميت لا روح فيه
15:6	Lovers of evil things and fit for such objects of hope are those who either make or desire or worship them.	Liebhaber des Bösen und solcher Hoffnungen würdig sind alle, die es anfertigen, die nach ihm verlangen und die es anbeten.	Amanti del male e degni di simili speranze sono coloro che fanno, desiderano e venerano gli idoli.	لا جرم ان الذين يصنعونها والذين يعشقونها والذين يعبدونها هم كلفون بالمنكرات وهم اهل لان تكون امالهم في امثال هذه
15:7	A potter kneads the soft earth and laboriously molds each vessel for our service, fashioning out of the same clay both the vessels that serve clean uses and those for contrary uses, making all alike; but which shall be the use of each of them the worker	Der Töpfer knetet mühsam den weichen Ton, um daraus Gefäße zu unserem Gebrauch zu formen. Aus dem gleichen Lehm bildet er solche, die sauberen Zwecken dienen, und solche für das Gegenteil, alle in gleicher Weise; über den Gebrauch eines jeden entscheidet der Töpfer.	Un vasaio, impastando con fatica la terra molle, plasma per il nostro uso ogni sorta di vasi. Ma con il medesimo fango modella e i vasi che servono per usi decenti e quelli per usi contrari, tutti allo stesso modo; quale debba essere l'uso di ognuno di essi lo stabilisce il vasaio.	ان الخزاف يعني بعجن الطين اللين ويصنع منه كل اناء مما نستخدمه فيصنع من الطين الواحد الانية المستخدمة في الاعمال الطاهرة والمستخدمة في عكس ذلك واما تخصيص كل اناء بواحدة من الخدمتين فانما يرجع الى حكم صانع الطين
15:8	With misspent toil, these workers form a futile god from the same clay- these mortals who were made of earth a short time before and after a little while go to the earth from which all mortals are taken, when the time comes to return the souls that were b	Aus dem gleichen Lehm formt er in verkehrter Mühe auch einen nichtigen Gott, er, der vor kurzem aus Erde entstand und bald dorthin zurückkehrt, woher er genommen ist, wenn seine Seele, das ihm anvertraute Darlehen, zurückgefordert wird.	Quindi con odiosa fatica plasma con il medesimo fango un dio vano, egli che, nato da poco dalla terra, tra poco ritornerà là da dove fu tratto, quando gli sarà richiesto l'uso fatto dell'anima sua.	و بعنائه الممقوت يصنع من هذا الطين الها باطلا وهو انما ولد من الطين من حين يسير وعن قليل سيعود الى ما اخذ منه حين يطالب بدين نفسه
15:9	But the workers are not concerned that mortals are destined to die or that their life is brief, but they compete with workers in gold and silver, and imitate workers in copper; and they count it a glorious thing to mold counterfeit gods.	Doch es kümmert ihn nicht, dass er dahinschwinden wird und nur ein kurzes Leben hat. Er wetteifert mit Goldschmieden und Silbergießern, er ahmt Kupferschmiede nach und sieht seinen Ruhm darin, Trugbilder zu formen.	Ma egli non si preoccupa di morire né di avere una vita breve; anzi gareggia con gli orafi e con gli argentieri, imita i lavoratori del bronzo e ritiene un vanto plasmare cose false.	غير ان همه ليس بانه يتعب ولا بانه قريب الاجل لكنه يباري صاغة الذهب والفضة ويعارض النحاسين ويعتد ما يصنعه من الخسائس فخرا
15:10	Their heart is ashes, their hope is cheaper than dirt, and their lives are of less worth than clay,	Asche ist sein Herz, noch weniger wert als Erdenstaub seine Hoffnung, und sein Leben ist wertloser als Lehm.	Cenere è il suo cuore, la sua speranza più vile della terra, la sua vita più spregevole del fango,	فقلبه رماد ورجاؤه اخس من التراب وحياته احقر من الطين
15:11	because they failed to know the one who formed them and inspired them with active souls and breathed a living spirit into them.	Seinen eigenen Bildner hat er nämlich nicht erkannt, den, der ihm eine wirkende Seele eingehaucht und Lebensatem eingeblasen hat.	perché disconosce il suo creatore, colui che gli inspirò un'anima attiva e gli infuse uno spirito vitale.	لانه جهل من جبله ونفخ فيه نفسا عاملة وروحا محييا
15:12	But they considered our existence an idle game, and life a festival held for profit, for they say one must get money however one can, even by base means.	Nein, er hält unser Leben für ein Kinderspiel, das Dasein für einen einträglichen Jahrmarkt; er sagt, man müsse aus allem, auch aus Schlechtem, Gewinn ziehen.	Ma egli considera un trastullo la nostra vita, l'esistenza un mercato lucroso. Egli dice: «Da tutto, anche dal male, si deve trarre profitto».	بل حسب حياتنا عبثا وعمرنا موسما للاكتساب وزعم انه لا بد من الربح بكل حيلة ولو بالظلم
15:13	For these persons, more than all others, know that they sin when they make from earthy matter fragile vessels and carved images.	Denn er weiß besser als alle, dass er sündigt, wenn er aus dem gleichen Erdenstoff nicht nur zerbrechliche Gefäße, sondern auch Götzenbilder fertigt.	Costui infatti più di tutti sa di peccare, fabbricando di materia terrestre fragili vasi e statue.	فانه عالم بانه اعظم جرما من الجميع لانه يصنع من طين الارض انية قصمة ومنحوتات
15:14	But most foolish, and more miserable than an infant, are all the enemies who oppressed your people.	Ganz unverständig aber und ärmer als eines Kindes Seele waren die Feinde, die dein Volk knechteten.	Ma sono tutti stoltissimi e più miserabili di un'anima infantile i nemici del tuo popolo, che lo hanno oppresso.	ان جميع اعداء شعبك المتسلطين عليهم هم اجهل الناس واشقى من نفوس الاطفال
15:15	For they thought that all their heathen idols were gods, though these have neither the use of their eyes to see with, nor nostrils with which to draw breath, nor ears with which to hear, nor fingers to feel with, and their feet are of no use for walking.	Sie hielten alle Götzen der Völker für Götter, Götter, die weder ihre Augen gebrauchen können, um zu sehen, noch ihre Nase, um die Luft zu atmen, noch ihre Ohren, um zu hören, noch die Finger ihrer Hände, um zu tasten, und deren Füße nicht gehen können.	Essi considerarono dei anche tutti gli idoli dei pagani, i quali non hanno né l'uso degli occhi per vedere, né narici per aspirare aria, né orecchie per sentire, né dita delle mani per palpare; e i loro piedi sono incapaci di camminare.	لانهم حسبوا جميع اصنام الامم الهة تلك التي لا تبصر بعيونها ولا تنشق الهواء بانوفها ولا تسمع باذانها ولا تلمس باصابع ايديها وارجلها عاجزة عن الخطو
15:16	For a human being made them, and one whose spirit is borrowed formed them; for none can form gods that are like themselves.	Ein Mensch hat sie gemacht, einer, dem der Geist nur geliehen ist, hat sie gebildet; kein Mensch hat die Kraft, einen Gott zu bilden, der auch nur ihm selber ähnlich wäre.	Un uomo li ha fatti, li ha plasmati uno che ha avuto il respiro in prestito. Ora nessun uomo può plasmare un dio a lui simile;	لانها انما عملها انسان والذي اعير روحا صنعها وليس في طاقة انسان ان يصنع الها مثله
15:17	People are mortal, and what they make with lawless hands is dead; for they are better than the objects they worship, since they have life, but the idols never had.	Als Sterblicher schafft er mit frevelhaften Händen nur Totes. Er ist besser als seine angebeteten Gebilde; denn er bekam einmal Leben, diese aber nie.	essendo mortale, una cosa morta produce con empie mani. Egli è sempre migliore degli oggetti che adora, rispetto a essi possiede la vita, ma quelli giammai	و انما هو فان فيصنع بيديه الاثيمتين ما لا حياة فيه فهو افضل من معبوداته اذ هو قد كان حيا واما هي فلم تكن حية البتة
15:18	Moreover, they worship even the most hateful animals, which are worse than all others when judged by their lack of intelligence;	Sie verehren sogar die widerlichsten Tiere, die dümmsten im Vergleich mit den anderen,	Venerano gli animali più ripugnanti, che per stupidità al paragone risultan peggiori degli altri;	و هم يعبدون اعدى الحيوان مما هو اشد البهائم عجمة
15:19	and even as animals they are not so beautiful in appearance that one would desire them, but they have escaped both the praise of God and his blessing.	solche, die nicht einmal schön sind, sodass man an ihnen Gefallen finden könnte, soweit das beim Anblick von Tieren möglich ist, die zudem Gottes Lob und seinen Segen verloren haben.	non sono tanto belli da invogliarsene, come capita per l'aspetto di altri animali, e non hanno avuto la lode e la benedizione di Dio.	و ليس فيه ما في منظر الحيوانات الاخر من الحسن الشائق اذ فاته مدح الله وبركته
