12:1	Then he commanded them to bring her in where his silver dinnerware was kept, and ordered them to set a table for her with some of his own delicacies, and with some of his own wine to drink.	Dann ließ er sie in den Raum führen, wo sein silbernes Tafelgerät aufgestellt war, und befahl, ihr von den feinen Speisen auf seinem Tisch vorzusetzen und von seinem Wein zu trinken zu geben.	Ordinò poi che la conducessero dove aveva disposto le sue argenterie e prescrisse pure che le preparassero la tavola con i cibi approntati per lui e le dessero da bere il suo vino.	حينئذ امرهم ان يدخلوها موضع خزائنه وامر ان تمكث هناك واوصى بما يعطى لها من مائدته
12:2	But Judith said, I cannot partake of them, or it will be an offense; but I will have enough with the things I brought with me.	Doch Judit sagte: Ich werde nichts davon nehmen, damit ich keinen Anstoß errege. Man soll mir statt dessen von meinem Vorrat zu essen geben, den ich mitgebracht habe.	Ma disse Giuditta: «Io non toccherò questi cibi, perché non ne venga qualche contaminazione, ma mi saranno serviti quelli che ho portato con me».	فاجابته يهوديت وقالت اني لا استطيع ان اكل مما امرت ان يعطى لي لئلا تكون علي خطيئة ولكني اكل مما اتيت به
12:3	Holofernes said to her, If your supply runs out, where can we get you more of the same? For none of your people are here with us.	Da fragte Holofernes: Wenn aber dein Vorrat erschöpft ist, woher sollen wir dann solche Nahrungsmittel beschaffen? Wir haben ja niemand aus deinem Volk bei uns.	Oloferne le fece osservare: «Quando verrà a mancare quello che hai con te, dove andremo a rifornirci di cibi uguali per darteli? In mezzo a noi non c'è nessuno della tua gente».	فقال لها اليفانا اذا فرغ هذا الذي اتيت به فما نصنع بك
12:4	Judith replied, As surely as you live, my lord, your servant will not use up the supplies I have with me before the Lord carries out by my hand what he has determined.	Judit erwiderte: Bei deinem Leben, mein Herr, noch bevor deine Magd ihren Vorrat aufgebraucht hat, wird der Herr durch meine Hand vollbringen, was er beschlossen hat.	Ma Giuditta rispose: «Per la tua vita, mio signore, ti assicuro che io, tua serva, non finirò le riserve che ho con me, prima che il Signore abbia compiuto per mano mia quello che ha stabilito».	فقالت يهوديت تحيا نفسك يا سيدي ان امتك لا تنفق هذه جميعها حتى يصنع الله بيدي ما في خاطري فادخلها عبيده الخيمة التي امر بها
12:5	Then the servants of Holofernes brought her into the tent, and she slept until midnight. Toward the morning watch she got up	Darauf führten die Diener des Holofernes sie in das Zelt, wo sie bis Mitternacht schlief. Um die Zeit der Morgenwache stand sie auf,	Così i servi di Oloferne la condussero alla tenda ed essa riposò fino a mezzanotte; poi si alzò all'ora della veglia del mattino.	فلما صارت في داخلها سالت ان يرخص لها ان تخرج في الليل قبل الصباح لتصلي وتتضرع الى الرب
12:6	and sent this message to Holofernes: Let my lord now give orders to allow your servant to go out and pray.	schickte einen Boten zu Holofernes und ließ ihm sagen: Möge mein Herr Anweisung geben, dass man deine Sklavin zum Gebet hinausgehen lässt.	Essa fece dire ad Oloferne: «Comandi il mio signore che lascino uscire la tua serva per la preghiera».	فاوصى اصحاب مخدعه ان ياذنوا لها كما تحب في ان تخرج وتدخل لتعبد الهها ثلاثة ايام
12:7	So Holofernes commanded his guards not to hinder her. She remained in the camp three days. She went out each night to the valley of Bethulia, and bathed at the spring in the camp.	Da befahl Holofernes seinen Leibwächtern, sie nicht daran zu hindern. So verbrachte sie drei Tage im Lager und ging jede Nacht in die Schlucht von Betulia hinaus, um sich im Lager an der Wasserquelle zu baden.	Oloferne comandò alla guardia del corpo di non impedirla. Rimase così al campo tre giorni: usciva di notte nella valle sotto Betulia e si lavava nella zona dell'accampamento alla sorgente d'acqua.	فكانت تخرج ليلا الى وادي بيت فلوى وتغتسل في عين الماء
12:8	After bathing, she prayed the Lord God of Israel to direct her way for the triumph of his people.	Wenn sie aus dem Bad herausstieg, flehte sie zu dem Herrn, dem Gott Israels, er möge ihr Vorhaben gelingen lassen und ihrem Volk wieder aufhelfen.	Risalita dal lavacro, pregava il Signore Dio di Israele di dirigere la sua impresa volta a ristabilire i figli del suo popolo.	و بعد صعودها كانت تتضرع الى اله اسرائيل ان يرشد طريقها لتخلص شعبها
12:9	Then she returned purified and stayed in the tent until she ate her food toward evening.	Dann kehrte sie im Zustand der Reinheit zurück und blieb in dem Zelt, bis sie gegen Abend ihr Essen zu sich nahm.	Rientrando purificata, rimaneva nella sua tenda, finché, verso sera, non le si apprestava il cibo.	ثم تدخل وتقيم في خيمتها طاهرة الى ان تاخذ طعامها في المساء
12:10	On the fourth day Holofernes held a banquet for his personal attendants only, and did not invite any of his officers.	Am vierten Tag gab Holofernes ein Gastmahl nur für seine Dienerschaft; von den Männern, die sonst um ihn waren, lud er keinen ein.	Ed ecco, al quarto giorno, Oloferne fece preparare un rinfresco riservato ai suoi servi, senza invitare a mensa alcuno dei suoi ufficiali,	و كان في اليوم الرابع ان اليفانا صنع عشاء لعبيده وقال لبوغا خصيه انطلق الان واقنع تلك العبرانية ان ترضى بالاقامة معي طوعا
12:11	He said to Bagoas, the eunuch who had charge of his personal affairs, Go and persuade the Hebrew woman who is in your care to join us and to eat and drink with us.	Dem Eunuchen Bagoas, der sein ganzes Eigentum zu verwalten hatte, gab er den Auftrag: Geh und rede der Hebräerin zu, die deiner Obhut anvertraut ist, dass sie zu uns kommt und mit uns isst und trinkt.	e disse a Bagoa, il funzionario incaricato di tutte le sue cose: «Và e invita quella donna ebrea che è presso di te a venire con noi, per mangiare e bere assieme a noi,	فانه عار عند الاشوريين ان تسخر المراة من الرجل وتمضي عنه نقية
12:12	For it would be a disgrace if we let such a woman go without having intercourse with her. If we do not seduce her, she will laugh at us.	Es wäre wahrhaftig eine Schande für uns, wenn wir eine solche Frau gehen ließen, ohne mit ihr zusammen gewesen zu sein. Sie selber würde uns auslachen, wenn wir sie nicht an uns rissen.	poiché è cosa disonorevole alla nostra reputazione se lasceremo andare una donna simile senza godere della sua compagnia; se non sapremo conquistarla, si farà beffe di noi».	فدخل حينئذ بوغا على يهوديت وقال لا تحتشمي ايتها الفتاة الصالحة ان تدخلي على سيدي وتكرمي امام وجهه وتاكلي معه وتشربي خمرا بفرح
12:13	So Bagoas left the presence of Holofernes, and approached her and said, Let this pretty girl not hesitate to come to my lord to be honored in his presence, and to enjoy drinking wine with us, and to become today like one of the Assyrian women who serve in	Bagoas ging weg, trat bei Judit ein und sagte: Möge das schöne Mädchen nicht zögern, zu meinem Herrn zu kommen; sie soll ihm gegenüber den Ehrenplatz einnehmen, mit uns Wein trinken und fröhlich sein und heute den assyrischen Mädchen gleich werden, die im Palast Nebukadnezzars ihren Dienst tun.	Bagoa, uscito dalla presenza di Oloferne, andò da lei e disse: «Non abbia difficoltà questa bella ragazza a venire presso il mio signore, per essere onorata alla sua presenza e bere con noi il vino in giocondità e divenire oggi come una delle donne assire, che stanno nel palazzo di Nabucodònosor».	فاجابته يهوديت من انا حتى اخالف سيدي
12:14	Judith replied, Who am I to refuse my lord? Whatever pleases him I will do at once, and it will be a joy to me until the day of my death.	Judit entgegnete: Wer bin ich, dass ich meinem Herrn widersprechen dürfte? Ich will unverzüglich alles tun, was er wünscht; das soll mir eine Freude sein bis zum Tag meines Todes.	Giuditta rispose a lui: «E chi sono io per osare contraddire il mio signore? Quanto sarà gradito ai suoi occhi, mi affretterò a compierlo e sarà per me motivo di gioia fino al giorno della mia morte».	كل ما حسن وجاد في عينيه فانا اصنعه وكل ما يرضى به فهو عندي حسن جدا كل ايام حياتي
12:15	So she proceeded to dress herself in all her woman's finery. Her maid went ahead and spread for her on the ground before Holofernes the lambskins she had received from Bagoas for her daily use in reclining.	Judit stand auf, legte ihr bestes Kleid und ihren ganzen Schmuck an. Ihre Dienerin eilte voraus und legte für sie gegenüber von Holofernes die Teppiche auf den Boden, die sie von Bagoas als Lager für ihre täglichen Mahlzeiten erhalten hatte.	Subito si alzò e si adornò delle vesti e d'ogni altro ornamento muliebre; la sua ancella l'aveva preceduta e aveva steso a terra per lei davanti ad Oloferne le pellicce che aveva ricevuto da Bagoa per suo uso quotidiano, per adagiarvisi sopra e prendere cibo.	ثم قامت وتزينت بملابسها ودخلت فوقفت امامه
12:16	Then Judith came in and lay down. Holofernes' heart was ravished with her and his passion was aroused, for he had been waiting for an opportunity to seduce her from the day he first saw her.	Darauf trat Judit ein und nahm Platz. Holofernes aber war über sie ganz außer sich vor Entzücken. Seine Leidenschaft entbrannte und er war begierig danach, mit ihr zusammen zu sein. Denn seit er sie gesehen hatte, lauerte er auf eine günstige Gelegenheit, um sie zu verführen.	Giuditta entrò e si adagiò. Il cuore di Oloferne rimase estasiato e si agitò il suo spirito, aumentando molto nel suo cuore la passione per lei; gia da quando l'aveva vista, cercava l'occasione di sedurla.	فاضطرب قلب اليفانا لانه كان قد اشتدت شهوته
12:17	So Holofernes said to her, Have a drink and be merry with us!	Als Holofernes sie aufforderte: Trink doch und sei vergnügt mit uns!,	Le disse pertanto Oloferne: «Bevi e datti alla gioia con noi».	و قال لها اليفانا اشربي الان واتكئي بفرح فانك قد ظفرت امامي بحظوة
12:18	Judith said, I will gladly drink, my lord, because today is the greatest day in my whole life.	erwiderte Judit: Gern will ich trinken, Herr, denn ich habe in meinem ganzen Leben noch keine solche Ehre erfahren wie heute.	Giuditta rispose: «Sì, berrò, signore, perché oggi sento dilatarsi la vita in me, più che tutti i giorni che ho vissuto».	فقالت يهوديت اشرب يا سيدي من اجل انها قد عظمت نفسي اليوم اكثر من جميع ايام حياتي
12:19	Then she took what her maid had prepared and ate and drank before him.	Sie griff zu, aß und trank vor seinen Augen, was ihre Dienerin zubereitet hatte.	Incominciò quindi a mangiare e a bere davanti a lui ciò che le aveva preparato l'ancella.	ثم اخذت واكلت وشربت بحضرته مما كانت قد هياته لها جاريتها
12:20	Holofernes was greatly pleased with her, and drank a great quantity of wine, much more than he had ever drunk in any one day since he was born.	Holofernes wurde ihretwegen immer fröhlicher und trank so viel Wein, wie er noch nie zuvor in seinem Leben an einem einzigen Tag getrunken hatte.	Oloferne si deliziò della presenza di lei e bevve abbondantemente tanto vino quanto non ne aveva mai bevuto solo in un giorno da quando era al mondo.	ففرح اليفانا بازائها وشرب من الخمر شيئا كثيرا جدا اكثر مما شرب في جميع حياته
