12:1	Then Tobias called to him his son and said to him: What can we give to this holy man, that is come with thee?	Danach rief Tobit seinen Sohn Tobias zu sich und sagte: Mein Sohn, vergiss nicht den Lohn für den Mann, der dich begleitet hat. Du musst ihm aber mehr geben, als wir ihm versprochen haben.	Quando furon terminate le feste nuziali, Tobi chiamò il figlio Tobia e gli disse: «Figlio mio, pensa a dare la ricompensa dovuta a colui che ti ha accompagnato e ad aggiungere qualcosa d'altro alla somma pattuita».	حينئذ دعا طوبيا ابنه اليه وقال له ماذا ترى نعطي هذا الرجل القديس الذي ذهب معك
12:2	Tobias answering, said to his father: Father, what wages shall we give him? or what can be worthy of his benefits?	Tobias antwortete: Vater, ich werde keinen Schaden erleiden, wenn ich ihm die Hälfte von all dem gebe, was ich mitgebracht habe.	Gli disse Tobia: «Padre, quanto potrò dargli come salario? Anche se gli lasciassi la metà dei beni che egli ha portati con me, io non ci perderei.	فاجاب طوبيا وقال لابيه يا ابت اي اجرة نعطيه واي شيء يكون موازيا لاحسانه
12:3	He conducted me and brought me safe again, he received the money of Gabelus, he caused me to have my wife, and he chased from her the evil spirit, he gave joy to her parents, myself he delivered from being devoured by the fish, thee also he hath made to s	Denn er hat mich gesund zu dir zurückgebracht, er hat meine Frau geheilt, er hat mein Geld abgeholt und auch dich hat er geheilt.	Egli mi ha condotto sano e salvo, mi ha guarito la moglie, è andato a prendere per me il denaro e infine ha guarito te! Quanto posso ancora dargli come salario?».	اخذني ورجع بي سالما والمال هو استوفاه من عند غابيلوس وبه حصلت على زوجتي وهو كف عنها الشيطان وفرح ابويها وخلصني من افتراس الحوت واياك ايضا هو جعلك تبصر نور السماء وبه غمرنا بكل خير فماذا عسى ان نعطيه مما يكون موازيا لهذه
12:4	But I beseech thee, my father, to desire him, that he would vouchsafe to accept of one half of all things that have been brought.	Da sagte der alte Tobit: Ja, er hat es verdient.	Tobi rispose: «E' giusto ch'egli riceva la metà di tutti i beni che ha riportati».	لكني اسالك يا ابت ان نساله هل يرضى ان ياخذ النصف من كل ما جئنا به
12:5	So the father and the son calling him, took him aside: and began to desire him that he would vouchsafe to accept of half of all things that they had brought,	Dann rief er den Engel zu sich und sagte: Nimm die Hälfte von allem, was ihr mitgebracht habt.	Fece dunque venire l'angelo e gli disse: «Prendi come tuo salario la metà di tutti i beni che tu hai portati e và in pace».	فدعاه الوالد وولده واخذاه ناحية وجعلا يسالانه ان يتنازل ويقبل النصف من جميع ما جاءا به
12:6	Then he said to them secretly, Bless ye the God of heaven, give glory to him in the sight of all that live, because he hath shewn his mercy to you.	Der Engel aber nahm die beiden beiseite und sagte zu ihnen: Preist Gott und lobt ihn! Gebt ihm die Ehre und bezeugt vor allen Menschen, was er für euch getan hat. Es ist gut, Gott zu preisen und seinen Namen zu verherrlichen und voll Ehrfurcht seine Taten zu verkünden. Hört nie auf, ihn zu preisen.	Allora Raffaele li chiamò tutti e due in disparte e disse loro: «Benedite Dio e proclamate davanti a tutti i viventi il bene che vi ha fatto, perché sia benedetto e celebrato il suo nome. Fate conoscere a tutti gli uomini le opere di Dio, come è giusto, e non trascurate di ringraziarlo.	حينئذ خاطبهما سرا وقال باركا اله السماء واعترفا له امام جميع الاحياء لما اتاكما من مراحمه
12:7	For it is good to hide the secret of a king: but honourable to reveal and confess the works of God.	Es ist gut, das Geheimnis eines Königs zu wahren; die Taten Gottes aber soll man offen rühmen. Tut Gutes, dann wird euch kein Unglück treffen.	E' bene tener nascosto il segreto del re, ma è cosa gloriosa rivelare e manifestare le opere di Dio. Fate ciò che è bene e non vi colpirà alcun male.	اما سر الملك فخير ان يكتم واما اعمال الله فاذاعتها والاعتراف بها كرامة
12:8	Prayer is good with fasting and alms more than to lay up treasures of gold.	Es ist gut, zu beten und zu fasten, barmherzig und gerecht zu sein. Lieber wenig, aber gerecht, als viel und ungerecht. Besser barmherzig sein als Gold aufhäufen.	Buona cosa è la preghiera con il digiuno e l'elemosina con la giustizia. Meglio il poco con giustizia che la ricchezza con ingiustizia. Meglio è praticare l'elemosina che mettere da parte oro.	صالحة الصلاة مع الصوم والصدقة خير من ادخار كنوز الذهب
12:9	For alms delivereth from death, and the same is that which purgeth away sins, and maketh to find mercy and life everlasting.	Denn Barmherzigkeit rettet vor dem Tod und reinigt von jeder Sünde. Wer barmherzig und gerecht ist, wird lange leben.	L'elemosina salva dalla morte e purifica da ogni peccato. Coloro che fanno l'elemosina godranno lunga vita.	لان الصدقة تنجي من الموت وتمحو الخطايا وتؤهل الانسان لنوال الرحمة والحياة الابدية
12:10	But they that commit sin and iniquity, are enemies to their own soul.	Wer aber sündigt, ist der Feind seines eigenen Lebens.	Coloro che commettono il peccato e l'ingiustizia sono nemici della propria vita.	و اما الذين يعملون المعصية والاثم فهم اعداء لانفسهم
12:11	I discover then the truth unto you, and I will not hide the secret from you.	Ich will euch nichts verheimlichen; ich habe gesagt: Es ist gut, das Geheimnis eines Königs zu wahren; die Taten Gottes aber soll man offen rühmen.	Io vi voglio manifestare tutta la verità, senza nulla nascondervi: vi ho gia insegnato che è bene nascondere il segreto del re, mentre è cosa gloriosa rivelare le opere di Dio.	اما انا فاعلن لكما الحق وما اكتم عنكما امرا مستورا
12:12	When thou didst pray with tears, and didst bury the dead, and didst leave thy dinner, and hide the dead by day in thy house, and bury them by night, I offered thy prayer to the Lord.	Darum sollt ihr wissen: Als ihr zu Gott flehtet, du und deine Schwiegertochter Sara, da habe ich euer Gebet vor den heiligen Gott gebracht. Und ebenso bin ich in deiner Nähe gewesen, als du die Toten begraben hast.	Sappiate dunque che, quando tu e Sara eravate in preghiera, io presentavo l'attestato della vostra preghiera davanti alla gloria del Signore. Così anche quando tu seppellivi i morti.	انك حين كنت تصلي بدموع وتدفن الموتى وتترك طعامك وتخبا الموتى في بيتك نهارا وتدفنهم ليلا كنت انا ارفع صلاتك الى الرب
12:13	And because thou wast acceptable to God, it was necessary that temptation should prove thee.	Auch als du ohne zu zögern vom Tisch aufgestanden bist und dein Essen stehen gelassen hast, um einem Toten den letzten Dienst zu erweisen, blieb mir deine gute Tat nicht verborgen, sondern ich war bei dir.	Quando poi tu non hai esitato ad alzarti e ad abbandonare il tuo pranzo e sei andato a curare la sepoltura di quel morto, allora io sono stato inviato per provare la tua fede,	و اذ كنت مقبولا امام الله كان لا بد ان تمتحن بتجربة
12:14	And now the Lord hath sent me to heal thee, and to deliver Sara thy son's wife from the devil.	Nun hat mich Gott auch gesandt, um dich und deine Schwiegertochter Sara zu heilen.	ma Dio mi ha inviato nel medesimo tempo per guarire te e Sara tua nuora.	و الان فان الرب قد ارسلني لاشفيك واخلص سارة كنتك من الشيطان
12:15	For I am the angel Raphael, one of the seven, who stand before the Lord.	Ich bin Rafael, einer von den sieben heiligen Engeln, die das Gebet der Heiligen emportragen und mit ihm vor die Majestät des heiligen Gottes treten.	Io sono Raffaele, uno dei sette angeli che sono sempre pronti ad entrare alla presenza della maestà del Signore».	فاني انا رافائيل الملاك احد السبعة الواقفين امام الرب
12:16	And when they had heard these things, they were troubled, and being seized with fear they fell upon the ground on their face.	Da erschraken die beiden und fielen voller Furcht vor ihm nieder.	Allora furono riempiti di terrore tutti e due; si prostrarono con la faccia a terra ed ebbero una grande paura.	فلما سمعا مقالته هذه ارتاعا وسقطا على اوجههما على الارض مرتعدين
12:17	And the angel said to them: Peace be to you, fear not.	Er aber sagte zu ihnen: Fürchtet euch nicht! Friede sei mit euch. Preist Gott in Ewigkeit!	Ma l'angelo disse loro: «Non temete; la pace sia con voi. Benedite Dio per tutti i secoli.	فقال لهما الملاك سلام لكم لا تخافوا
12:18	For when I was with you, I was there by the will of God: bless ye him, and sing praises to him.	Nicht weil ich euch eine Gunst erweisen wollte, sondern weil unser Gott es wollte, bin ich zu euch gekommen. Darum preist ihn in Ewigkeit!	Quando ero con voi, io non stavo con voi per mia iniziativa, ma per la volontà di Dio: lui dovete benedire sempre, a lui cantate inni.	لاني لما كنت معكم انما كنت بمشيئة الله فباركوه وسبحوه
12:19	I seemed indeed to eat and to drink with you but I use an invisible meat and drink, which cannot be seen by men.	Während der ganzen Zeit, in der ihr mich gesehen habt, habe ich nichts gegessen und getrunken; ihr habt nur eine Erscheinung gesehen.	A voi sembrava di vedermi mangiare, ma io non mangiavo nulla: ciò che vedevate era solo apparenza.	و كان يظهر لكم اني اكل واشرب معكم وانما انا اتخذ طعاما غير منظور وشرابا لا يبصره بشر
12:20	It is time therefore that I return to him that sent me: but bless ye God, and publish all his wonderful works.	Jetzt aber dankt Gott! Ich steige wieder auf zu dem, der mich gesandt hat. Doch ihr sollt alles, was geschehen ist, in einem Buch aufschreiben.	Ora benedite il Signore sulla terra e rendete grazie a Dio. Io ritorno a colui che mi ha mandato. Scrivete tutte queste cose che vi sono accadute». E salì in alto.	و الان قد حان ان ارجع الى من ارسلني وانتم فباركوا الله وحدثوا بجميع عجائبه
12:21	And when he had said these things, he was taken from their sight, and they could see him no more.	Als sie wieder aufstanden, sahen sie ihn nicht mehr.	Essi si rialzarono, ma non poterono più vederlo.	و بعد ان قال هذا ارتفع عن ابصارهم فلم يعودوا يعاينونه بعد ذلك
12:22	Then they lying prostrate for three hours upon their face, blessed God, and rising up, they told all his wonderful works.	Und sie verkündeten überall, welch große und wunderbare Dinge Gott getan hatte und dass ihnen der Engel des Herrn erschienen war.	Allora andavano benedicendo e celebrando Dio e lo ringraziavano per queste grandi opere, perché era loro apparso l'angelo di Dio.	حينئذ لبثوا ثلاث ساعات منطرحين على وجوههم يباركون الله ثم نهضوا وحدثوا بجميع عجائبه
